this hotel was a disaster! the heater didn’t work, and it was absolutely freezing. plus, the room was dirty with sticky floors! i must say though, the location is kinda nice, if you ignore the chaos. a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been a lovely touch, but I guess I’m just not fancy enough for that. couldn't believe it!

Wellington vibes 😍
Super comfy beds made for a lekker sleep, and the kitchenette was a lifesaver for brekkie. Loved the easy access to the gym—definitely made my stay better! the staff were so friendly and chill, really felt looked after.
Just wished the shower was a bit better designed. water kind of pooled up, which was a bit annoying.

The Deluxe King Studio had an uncomfortable bed, but the overall vibes were nice.

The Queen Room I stayed in had a unique layout and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Plus, the room's great sound insulation allowed for a quiet night, which is rare in the bustling city.
Getting to the right entrance was a hassle. I wasted 10 minutes looking for the less obvious one on The Terrace, all thanks to my phone's directions. The confusion didn’t end there, the lift buttons on floors 2 and 3 were a pain to deal with. I had to walk up from the 11th floor after my key card malfunctioned. I had a sneaky moment when another guest was able to access my room with their card—definitely a security red flag. Lastly, I requested a parking spot in advance, but upon arrival, they claimed I hadn’t confirmed, leading to inconvenience as I only used their parking once during my stay. Far too much ‘mental admin’ for a holiday, and that’s not what I signed up for.

We had a great stay in a two-bedroom apartment. The early check-in was a lifesaver for our lunchtime naps. The location is perfect, right next to Farmers. The room was spacious which was a big plus for our family.

The Queen Studio had a comfortable bed and impressive sound insulation, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the heart of the city.
Housekeeping missed my room multiple times during a week-long stay, requiring me to fetch fresh towels from reception. the air conditioning was noisy enough to pose a disturbance, easily surpassing 50 decibels, and the centralized system offered no relief or adjustment options.
